Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Conduct training sessions for employees on security awareness and emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and equipment.
Conduct drills and exercises to test and improve the effectiveness of security protocols.
Respond to inquiries and requests from employees regarding security matters.
Maintain a visible and proactive presence to deter and detect security threats.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security operations.
Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in physical security.
Understanding of security risk assessment methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Base Salary Range :
USD : $56,300 - $85,000
CAD : $60,750 - 81,000, commensurate with experience
